Adaptive is currently looking for a Entry Level Healthcare Manager to join our brand new Kokomo location. This position will manage Caregiver/Client relationships to determine the most effective matches of skill set and client need to ensure the most exceptional patient care, which has allowed Adaptive to become one of the area's leading providers.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains awareness of the skills and limitations of each field staff member. Demonstrates managerial talent in assigning duties appropriate to each individual and maintaining accountability.
  • Regularly counsel field staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and adherence to the policies and procedures of Adaptive, holds caregivers accountable for carrying out all non-clinical policies and procedures as outlined in the manuals.
  • Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems; uses initiative and good judgment to reach optimal decisions.
  • Demonstrates an active role in evaluating staff performance, participates with the Clinical Manager in performance management of the caregiver staff.
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly and actively listens.
  • Maintains an excellent rapport with clients and caregivers and effectively promotes genuine interpersonal relationships.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service in spite of continuous change and external factors.
  • Provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, continually monitoring and thoroughly evaluating the services given to clients associated with Adaptive.


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience preferred
  • At least two years of professional experience required
  • Demonstrates record of strong interpersonal skills and successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position within the company
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
